Description

Допускается создавать требования без идентификаторов, только с именами. Однако затем:

1. попытка добавить идентифкатор, совпадающий с именем, приводит к "Save Failed: assertion failed: Cannot move '/ARINC_APEX/root/Requirements'. Destination should not be under source's hierarchy".

2. попытка изменить идентификатор на несовпадающий с именем приводит к "Save Failed: java.lang.NullPointerException".
