Cannot upload pax archive with results obtained with deg-2

Description

I am trying to upload results obtained with LDV with the new DEG. Old uploader does it well, but trying to upload paxes with the uploader-2 I got an exception:
DBD::mysql::db do failed: You have an error in your SQL syntax;

Problem paxes are attached to the ticket. To get more examples one can use new-envgen-structures branch.

Seems that the problem occurs only with my base which is actually modified manually to compare results of old and new deg together. The issue does not take place when uploading is performed to other bases.
