Since there is such beginning of all stats server pages: 

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">

they must be validated with W3C validator or these restrictions must be changed.
Indeed, different warnings and errors taking place during validation may be some logical errors.
