Description

As was noticed in #2421, it'll be useful to create a cache of error traces in the common format, that will be used by error trace visualizer and knowledge base recalculator instead of raw formats that these tools convert on fly. This will speed up these tools considerably.
Also we'll need a separate script (error trace recalculator) that will allow to retranslate error traces in raw format from tables 'traces' and 'kb' to the common format by hand.
