Description

At the moment statistics server and ldv-online uses their own CSSs for error traces visualized. Also they use, e.g., different instances of the same jquery library, may be similar images and so on. This is incorrectly, so we need to create shared JavaScripts, CSSs and images. After that, fix up statistics server and ldv-online installation process.
