Description

During results uploading I observe a minor bug of ldv-upload, it repeats kb-recalc outpur like this:

Uploading ld 2003...
kb-recalc: NORMAL: Please enter new launch id for which KB cache should be calculated.
Uploading ld 2003...
kb-recalc: NORMAL: Please enter new launch id for which KB cache should be calculated.
Uploading ld 2003...
kb-recalc: NORMAL: Please enter new launch id for which KB cache should be calculated.
Uploading ld 2003...
kb-recalc: NORMAL: Please enter new launch id for which KB cache should be calculated.
Uploading ld 2003...

Sometimes ldv-upload prints the same messages much more times. I hope that this is just a bug in printing and kb-recalc isn't really invoked many times for the same launch.
