Description

При попытке создать Test Purpose одинокому требованию через UniEditor поле Add new Test Purpose не активно в выпадающем меню на уровне требования, в выпадающем меню на уровне корня, по хоткею ctrl+D тоже не добавляется.
При этом через Requality Explorer создание Test Purpose доступно и успешно происходит.
