It is very helpful to store state of current choice in such the way since lines may be wider then a screen.

Commit cc9a00a of gsoc-stats-server implements the requested feature in the more efficient way: instead of double click single click is used (since I'm very lazy). Also implementation has an interesting "side effect": when you freeze a line you still can freeze other lines as well. So, after all you obtain a highlighted set of interesting rows and can investigate them. Note that to eliminate these markers you should click (again single click) on one of them.
