Requality

Создаю проект.
Выделяю требование.
По непонятным причинам пункт контекстного меню Remove from Requirement становится не активным.
Затем если кликнуть в Outline пунт активируется, но его вызов приводит к следующему exception:

А вот если кликнуть на само требование, то пункт меню активируется и при этом нормально отрабатывает.
