MicroTESK 2.3.9 beta has been released.

The new release contains the following changes:

Support for functions in MMU specifications
Support for expressions based on extern variables in let-constructs (MMU)
Support for 'if-then-else' expressions in let-constructs (MMU)
Several bug fixes and general improvements
JRuby was updated to version 9.0.3.0
