Description
PFG creates description of program fragments that are reused at creation of initial abstract tasks in VTG. However, VTG makes requests to Clade to retrieve additional data and complete the file. It is more effective to move completely these actions to PFG and create there correct descriptions with all necessary data to both avoid errors and extra costly requests to Clade.

This enhancement reduces memory usage of each VTGW instance by 50MB.
