Не работает copy/paste в Requality Explorer

Description

В Requality Explorer не работает copy/paste. Для любых узлов, и из дерева требований, и отчеты, и папки - не копируются.
1. На каком-то узле делаем copy.
2. Потом на другом узле открываем контекстное меню и видим, что пункты paste и paste into неактивны.
Горячими клавишами тоже не срабатывает.

Для папок отчетов и документов копирование не работает, но это было когда-то сделано целенаправленно.
