It will allow to use aspect patterns like $path in the first argument of $fprintf.
Currently the lack of this feature causes falures like this:
can't open file "/home/shchepetkov/work/run/clade/linux-5.0-rc6/include/stdc-predef.h/define.txt" in mode "a+"
