Allow to download marks in preset format

Description
Usually preset marks are created on the basis of standard marks. So, it will be a great help to have an additional button at the mark page to download a corresponding mark last version in the preset format.
- Blocks Feature #8084: Add marks for testing and validation sets added
Without this feature it will take me several days to create marks for testing and validation sets. Moreover there will be many mistakes during manual transformation.
