Sometimes it has sense to download/upload whole job subtrees rather than to recreate them on a target server from jobs step by step. I suppose to have a corresponding button both at the jobs tree page and at the job page.

Moreover, this will allow to store previously obtained results outside of the production database. Indeed, the most of them isn't so important and is rarely accessed, while they keep huge amount of space in complete backups, it takes too much time to backup them and some operations like creating new marks or viewing the jobs tree page takes more time.
