Description

I launched all EMG tests and found out that 2 of 3 jobs failed completely while for the only solved job there is about 8% of failed tests. I suggest to improve this situation somehow in branch tests after I will complete improvements of the underlying testing framework there.

Tests reorganized and fixed. There is a single test job for EMG now that contains tests for both three kernels. All tests for patterns I updated but removed from the active sub-jobs. If necessary one can run them separately with modified EMG configuration.

Seems, that coverage for many safe tests is not full (lower than 100%). I will try to study and investigate it in more details and fix models or tests.

Fixed all suspicious issues. Coverage below 100% takes place currently only for unsafe tests, but I also fixed them to be more strict. All changes I directly pushed to tests branch.
