Description

I got the error message like I have no rights to stop job decision in such the case. Indeed the job was solved but I didn't see that due to page updates were switched off.

Indeed, Vladimir said that the root of this issue is a frequently used, boolean function, that can answer that somebody has or hasn't an access to perform some action. So, we need a considerable redisign to both keep existing functionality and to enable more accurate error messages.
