Description
Quite often experts forget to specify proper verdicts and tags. I suggest to add an additional question whether one agrees with an unknown verdict (most likely this shouldn't be specified) or empty tags for false alarms (most likely they should be specified). Keep in mind that later we can add more policies in these rules, so keep this list open.
