Some parts of visualized error traces are incorrectly duplicated

Description

For instance, for the attached error trace and referenced source files I see two warnings while there is the only edge marked with a warning. Also many edges around are also duplicated.

Perhaps this is due to the error trace has an incorrect format - in this case Bridge should reject it and print some explanation.
