Start decision date updating requires page refreshing

Description

Job "Start decision date" field is not updated automatically and a user should refresh the page each time he wants to see actual value. Better to make it updating automatically as the other values.

Not now and maybe never. The only data is updated every 3 seconds is job decision results (everything under the "View" bar). The whole page would be updated if the job status is changed.

Actually all times, progresses and so on also belong to job decision results. While things like job name and identifier, author name are static and aren't changed during a job is decided (last change date and time can be always represented in the raw format). So now we just have not so good design, when things that should be updated aren't updated. Is it really a complicated task to fix current design?
