Description
Now we can download an archive with several jobs, upload several archives with jobs and marks. We can't download an archive with several marks as well as we can't upload an archive with several archives with jobs or marks. The former should be presented at pages with mark lists like with the job tree page. The latter should be included into current upload forms - one will specify an archive with several archives with marks or jobs.

To complete the issue you need to support multiple marks as well that is much easy than for jobs.
