Description
At the moment field data of component reports is almost unused (just Core reports its configuration using this field). Actually this field is intended for reporting some useful data by components. For instance, during validation differences between obtained and ideal verdicts can be reported (#6593). In particular this assumes that data can be reported continuously but we have no means for this.

Done. Branch "data-reports". Changes in this branch add support of reports with type 'data' which requires fields 'id', 'type' and 'data'.
