Description
Each VTG plug-in should report attributes that uniquely identify all their input (i.e. given these attributes and the same version of Core they always produce the same output). These attributes can include plug-in parameters, specification check-sums, versions of 3rd party tools like CIF and CIL, resource limits, verifier name, version and configuration.
