Retrascope

This random test generator is CFG-based.

1. Test sequence length len.
2. Reset signal info: name, active level value, active level delay reset-delay (time in ticks through which reset should keep active value for correct reinitialization).
3. Clock signal info: name, active level (event).

The generator produces a test preamble that contains a resetting stimuli for reset-delay ticks and a sequence of len stimuli. For every input signal data are generated should have uniform distribution.
