Description
We need tests that must check different CIF and Aspectator functionality since they become rather stable and big tool. Also these tests will help to store different examples of Aspectator usage and its features since there is no good documentation at the moment. These tests should be checked for all updates.

I found one issue, namely, the test system doesn't like when I specify subdirectories for working directories (more exactly, it doesn't backup obtained results in this case). In other places subdirectories work nice.

Although there are some minor issues, let's consider them separately. The test system is working now and helps to detect various bugs.
