Description

Recently I added several extra capabilities for querying source code with help of CIF. New Clade started to use them. We need to test everything accurately.

I updated both CIF and Clade in branch update-cif-and-clade. Tests and extended tests passed well. So we need to specify an upcoming release of Clade. Besides, it will be necessary to regenerate all build bases since data formats changed.

I regenerated all build bases and checked that they work. The branch was merged to master in 4c5a6060f. This commit will be marked as 3.6-rc1 (since we have backward incompatible changes in Clade's build bases, let's release the new version of Klever).
