Description
We have detected that Clade can hang up when generating build bases for new versions of the Linux kernel. Ilya attempted to fix that, but we need to test it more. After that it will be necessary to update Clade, regenerate build bases for testing and launch CI.

I did this in branch update-clade. It undergoes testing.

Everything works great, so I merged the branch to master in fb7d579ab.
