Description
At the moment Core strictly limits executed commands with 450 seconds of CPU time and 1 GB of RAM. In most cases this is acceptable, but suddenly this may be not the case while users have not an ability to change these in a normal way. I suggest to add two more related settings on the job decision configuration page.

CI passed tests, so, I merged the branch to master in 0a0bedcee. After update existing decision configurations will not work anymore.
