Description
As there are a lot of tags now, it is helpful, when they are searched by a couple of letters. Right now the search is possible only from start: "Verifier - CPALockator - ..". It is helpful, if there is an ability to search by any part of tag.

We can consider this issue as a regression since it does not exist before recent huge changes related to tags. Vladimir implemented it in branch bridge-fixes. Let's test it.
