Description

Require to add model of get_sb_bdev() function for Linux 2.6.33 which is responsible for memory allocation by call fill_super()

I implemented function models for get_sb_ns, get_sb_ns and get_sb_single in addition to get_sb_nodev. Implementations available in get_sb branch.

I merged the branch to master in 637453e. Let's wait for feedback from Anton. If there won't be such within a week or so, I will close the issue.
