Комментарий к сортировке по имени. Если имена требований содержат и нумерацию, и текст, например, "6.2.11 Component references", то сортировка происходит как сортировка текста, то есть в порядке
6.2.11 Component references
6.2.2 Set type and values

Удобнее было бы
6.2.2 Set type and values
...
